Executive Director, N. America & Asia Pacific Programs | M•A•C AIDS Fund | NY
In her position with M•A•C AIDS Fund, Tam Ho oversees and directs over $15 million to programs in the U.S., Canada and Asia Pacific serving people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Program areas in North America include healthcare policy and advocacy for the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS, prevention, harm reduction and syringe exchange programs, and other special initiatives. Ho’s work in the Asia Pacific region includes supporting prevention and testing initiatives, increasing access to treatment, and efforts to reduce stigma and discrimination.
Ho serves on the Advisory Committee of the New York City AIDS Fund at the New York Community Trust, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Food Bank For New York City. She holds an MPA from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, and a BBA in Finance and Management/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
