As AIDSWatch enters its 31st year, we are eager to welcome you to Washington, D.C.

“We’re In This Together,” is more than this year’s theme. It is also a proclamation that no matter who you are, no matter where you come from, no matter if this is your first or 31st AIDSWatch, your voice is needed.

Registration includes an AIDSWatch t-shirt, all conference materials, transportation from the hotel to Capitol Hill on Tuesday for meetings with congressional offices, a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres Sunday night, a congressional reception with hors d’oeuvres Monday night, and breakfast and lunch at the hotel on Monday. 

Registration does not include transportation to or from the congressional reception Monday, or from Capitol Hill back to the hotel after your Hill meetings on Tuesday. Groups will often coordinate to take taxis, Ubers and Lyfts together in order to share the cost. 

Registration also does not include housing. We have a discounted rate of $249 per night available at the host hotel, the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. You must book your hotel room separately. Instructions for booking will be provided in your registration confirmation email. The deadline to get the discounted group rate is Feb. 26, 2024.
