“Preserving our Health and PrEParing for the Future!,” is more than this year’s theme – it’s a declaration of our work to advance health equity and ensure all our voices are heard so we can reach everyone who can benefit from HIV care. We must continue to work together to preserve, protect, and advocate for an end to the HIV epidemic.

Please make sure to include your home address in your registration, as we use this information to schedule your meetings with your members of Congress during our Hill Day.

AIDSWatch is heavily discounted for participants, because we want to make sure there are as few barriers as possible for our community to gather. Registration is only $50 if you register by Feb. 24, 2025, after which registration increases to $70. 

Registration includes an AIDSWatch t-shirt, all conference materials, transportation from the hotel to Capitol Hill on Wednesday for meetings with congressional offices, a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres Monday night, a congressional reception with hors d’oeuvres Tuesday night, and breakfast and lunch at the hotel on Tuesday. 

Registration also does not include housing. We have a discounted rate of $249 per night available at the host hotel, the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. You must book your hotel room separately. Instructions for booking will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
